What the option names leave open

Catalog entries identify a starting request, not confirmed stock, a priced offer or an approved supplier model. Two wheel, dual wheel and 2 wheel may describe the same broad arrangement; the tray, axle and overall dimensions determine whether specific offers are equivalent. Ask for drawings and keep alternatives distinct.

Specify load and route

State tray volume in liters or cubic feet and intended payload in kilograms or pounds. Identify dry or damp material, the narrowest passage and the unloading task. Request the manufacturer's payload basis, terrain limits and instructions. A frame that looks similar in a photograph may use different materials or wheel interfaces.

Compare the delivered scope

Request order quantity and pack unit, assembled or flat-packed format, carton dimensions, gross weight, spare parts and destination. Separate product cost from sample freight, inspection, assembly and receiving charges. Confirm quotation currency, validity date, trade term and what starts the lead-time clock.

A target budget is optional. Premium, mid-range, budget-friendly and undecided are preference labels for the discussion, not supplier ratings. No current quotation is needed to submit a brief. If the budget is per unit, say whether freight and destination charges are included; if it is for the whole order, include the required quantity.

Review quotation support before selecting an alternative. Use the sourcing form to provide a requirement that cannot be captured by the option name alone. Manufacturer documents, sample observations and agreed inspection criteria remain necessary for an order decision.
