Meadow Ledger Sourcing Privacy Policy
This notice explains the information requested through the procurement interface and the browser storage used by the sourcing-support presentation. Meadow Ledger Sourcing asks business buyers for the details needed to understand a wheelbarrow sourcing inquiry. This page describes the interface; production submission and handling should be confirmed with the service operator before sensitive information is sent.
Information you provide
The sourcing form requests a name, business email, optional company and phone, and procurement requirements. Requirements may include product dimensions, materials, quantity, destination and delivery preference. Optional budget and supplier preference controls are combined with the existing requirements text during submission. These controls do not represent a verified supplier rating.
Share only information necessary for the business inquiry. Do not place card numbers, identity documents or confidential drawings in the requirements field. If further technical documents are needed, agree a communication method after contact. Product-specific information may be needed to request meaningful supplier replies; discuss which details may be shared before confidential work begins.
Browser storage
The sourcing-support popup records a first-display timestamp in local browser storage. Its automatic opening window is limited to seven days from that timestamp. A session storage value remembers dismissal of the information ticker for the current browser session. These presentation values do not contain the buyer's written requirement, budget or contact information.
You can clear these storage values through your browser controls. Clearing the first-display value starts a new presentation window on a later visit. When browser storage is unavailable, dismissal can still close the current popup, although the browser may not remember the choice after navigation. Optional inquiry helpers require JavaScript; without it, include their details directly in the requirements box.
Inquiry handling and requests
Submitted information is intended for reviewing the sourcing requirement and discussing relevant procurement options. Ask the operator to confirm recipient, retention, access and any supplier disclosure arrangements before sending sensitive commercial information. No public third-party advertising or analytics integration is declared in these templates.
Use the contact form to ask about access, correction or deletion of a submitted inquiry, identifying the business email used and approximate submission date. Avoid resending the complete confidential specification merely to identify the record. Review the Terms of Service for the purchasing boundary.
